Well-being meaning that sense of feeling good, your whole being feeling good, physically, mentally and spiritually.  

I find once a body is able to achieve one of those qualities, the rest will follow.  Feeling good brings on positivity, creativity, flexibility, mental stimulation…living, not just surviving or same old, same old.
